Aquatic physical therapy is one of the most efficient ways to regain or maintain your balance, keep your core strong, and develop the hip strength that will carry you into you what can be your healthiest years yet.

SueB’s aquatic therapy class consists of standing functional exercises in a warm pool focusing on core/hip strength, balance, hip mobility, and shoulder range of motion.

Pool-based physical therapy is ideal for those with spine, orthopedic, or balance issues; limited tolerance for land-based exercise; or anyone seeking to strengthen their core and balance functionality.

Classes take place at the Durango Rec Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. Daily admission fee or a Recreation Center Pass is required for each class in addition to SueB’s program fee.
